A lazy lunch at Purslane

It’s Tuesday lunchtime and it’s cold and it’s drizzling. It’s the sort of day that makes you want to hunker down inside and hide from the elements. It’s definitely not the sort of day that inspires you to say, ‘Hey, let’s go out to lunch.’ At least that’s what I thought. Plenty of people disagree with me, because when we arrive at Purslane it’s buzzing and nearly all the tables are full.
