Most of the work has been done for you by Chef.
A small amount of cooking and heating will be required at home when you are ready to sit down and eat.

Pick-up on Saturday, March 26th

Pre-orders for this menu can be placed from through to midday on Wednesday, March 23rd (unless we sell out before then).
Your meal will be ready to pick up between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Saturday, March 26th.

The ingredients will keep in the fridge overnight, ready to prepare for mum the next day.

Our menu uses fresh ingredients, cooked onsite. While we take the utmost care at Purslane to prevent cross contamination of allergens in our dishes, we cannot guarantee ingredients have not come into contact with traces before they reach our premises.

Our packaging

All of our tubs and containers are sourced from BioPak in Pershore. They are made from bagasse (sugarcane pulp)
a reclaimed and rapidly-renewable material that can be composted at home.
The lids are recyclable, as are the paper bags which are made from FSC-certified paper.
