Charity dish raises £300

Seafood Week certainly made waves as we raised a grand total of £300 for the RNLI. We were proud to champion British fishermen and teamed up with the chaps at New Wave Seafood, our marvellous seafood suppliers based in Fairford, to introduce a charity Hake dish to our menu – Cornish Hake, Roscoff Onion Tart, Black Cabbage, Grelots, Sherry Vinegar. 20% of every dish sold was donated to the RNLI to help keep our fishermen safe. Thank you to everyone who joined us to support the invaluable work of the RNLI.
