December’s Tasting Menu

Homemade breads with seaweed butter and taramasalata

Amuse bouche

Hand-dived Oban scallop, cauliflower, pearl barley, chorizo crumble

Cerney goat’s curd, Jerusalem artichokes, salsify, pickled mushrooms

Cotswold partridge, hay butter, celeriac brioche, pancetta, savoy

Optional artisan British cheese course for two, choose 5 from our menu (£12 supplement)

Seabuckthorn parfait, meringue, clementine, goat’s milk yoghurt

Roasted quince, ginger sponge, mulled wine, quince bavarois

 

We are unable to substitute courses, however vegetarians and special diets can be accommodated with prior notice.
The Taste Menu must be taken by the whole table. Due to our closure dates over Christmas and New Year, the next Taste event will be on February 5th.
