Purslane scores 6 in the Good Food Guide!

The 2015 Waitrose Good Food Guide was published on the 8th of September and everyone at Purslane was immensely proud to score a 6. Commended for ‘exemplary cooking skills, innovative ideas, impeccable ingredients and an element of excitement’ the score ranks us as the second best restaurant in Cheltenham behind Le Champignon Sauvage. The guide’s editor has also compiled a Top100 restaurants in the UK and ranked Purslane at #69. “We’re beyond happy!” says Gareth.
