"Originally from Paris, I developed a passion for food and an ambition to open my own restaurant at an early age. In order to achieve my dream I trained in one of the best hospitality and catering schools in Paris and shortly after passing my exams I moved to England thinking I would only stay for a year – how wrong was I!
The Cotswolds are too beautiful to leave. I had the chance to work in some of the finest establishments in the region, included Michelin-starred and AA-rosetted hotels and restaurants.
This gave me much more knowledge and experience and I’m now so proud to have opened Purslane. I’d love to welcome you here.”
