Gareth wins Best Chef

We were absolutely over the moon to see our Gareth crowned Chef of the Year in the recent Taste of Gloucestershire Food & Farming Awards. Gareth was in great company as he beat off tough competition from some of the region’s finest foodie talent. His menus have always had produce and provenance at their heart and this accolade recognises Purslane’s continued commitment of plot to plate and deck to dish ethos. We’re immensely proud of Gareth and also our two other talented chefs Rich and Josh who deserve to be listed on the award too.
