Purslane which specialises in fish, has won any number of food awards and it’s easy to see why. Helen Blow sampled the menu.
Don’t be fooled by it’s understood appearance, Purslane is one of the jewels in the crown of Cheltenham’s plethora of restaurants. This eating house hidden just off the High Street is unimposing, classy and elegant and the food it serves is second to none.
